We want you to love every piece you receive from Alexander Haze. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, tights, or underwear unless the item is faulty.

How to Return an Item
Contact our support team at sales@alexanderhaze.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions, then post the items to the address below:

Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, simply return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order is incorrect or a product arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at sales@alexanderhaze.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or process a full refund.
