Processing Times: All orders are processed within one to three business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Costs Within Australia: We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $10, with free standard shipping on orders over $99. Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.

Estimated Delivery Times: Standard shipping takes approximately two to eight business days, while express shipping typically takes one to four business days. All orders are shipped via Australia Post or other trusted courier partners. We currently ship to all locations within Australia.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the courier’s website using the provided link.

Returns & Refunds: If you need to return an item, please refer to our Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
